Over a coffee your consultant will ask you a series
of questions designed to determine the right loan for
your current and future needs, then assist your selection
of a lender and a loan product. |

approves your application and we will organize for the
loan documentation to be sent to your home. Most contracts
are standard, but a contract is binding, so allow time
to read at your leisure. Some lenders insist that you
obtain independent legal advice to make sure that you
understand the contract.
We recommend that you consider doing this whether required
by the lender or not. Return the documentation only
when you are completely comfortable. Remember, any questions
and we are only a phone call away.

| Settlement. |
Apart from staying in constant contact with you, Lifesaver Home Loans also liase on your behalf as required, with Solicitors,
Accountants, Conveyancers, real estate agents lenders
and others, to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
